...funkcja donośności pokrzykiwań premiera (za długi tytuł na Salon :-) - MS)
Najpierw były obrazki, na których KILKUSET kiboli (na ogólną liczbę 15 tysięcy) wtargnęło na murawę w Bydgoszczy i zdewastowało stadion na łączną kwotę 40 tysięcy złotych. Premier zachęcił więc do walki i dzielne służby zidentyfikowały 70 osób. Dziś od rana wielkopolska i mazowiecka policja wyłapuje kiboli. Na razie jest mowa o 20 zatrzymanych osobach.
Pozostaje jeszcze prokuratura, postawienie zarzutów iluś (?) podejrzanym. No i sąd – kolejny znak zapytania. Jeśli w ogóle ktoś przed sądem stanie, bo prokuratura jest przecież niezależna.

Degressive effectiveness of the pursuing apparatus as a way of exaggerating the prime minister's facade of ability
First, there were images, in which several hundred "fans" (out of 15 thousand) broke the rules and invaded the soccer field in Bydgoszcz, and managed to devastate the facility massively. The value of damage is estimated to be around 40 000 zlotys. The prime minister encouraged the services to fight, so the brave officers managed to recognize about 70 people. Since this morning, the local police are chasing after the "fans". So far, 20 people were captured.
There's still the matter of public prosecutor's office and charging several (?) "fans" with some realistic charges. Then there's the court - another question mark. Even if somebody ends up in court – prosecutor's office is, after all, independent from the court.
Congratulations, Prime Minister! For the effectiveness and such...
