Pytania o główne tematy kampanii wyborczej stają się coraz bardziej aktualne. Co prawda do wyborów jest jeszcze pół roku, ale po odliczeniu wakacji, czasu pozostaje niewiele. W walce wyborczej, podobnie jak w sporcie, liczy się jakość zawodników, motywacja i inicjatywa. Zawodnicy na polskiej scenie są znani, ale inicjatywę przejęło PiS. Platforma zdaje się być mentalnym niewolnikiem prezesa i nie ma pomysłu ani na kampanię, ani na Polskę.
W dzisiejszej "Gazecie Wyborczej" Grzegorz Schetyna udziela wywiadu na aktualne tematy. Ponad połowa publikacji poświęcona jest pomnikowi, katastrofie, prezesowi i PiS-owi. Ta pierwsza połowa. Wiadomo, co marszałek mówi.
Druga połowa odkrywa strategię rozmowy z narodem na najbliższe miesiące. Platforma zamierza: rozmawiać, uspokajać, tłumaczyć i zastanawiać się. Nie ma ani słowa o wizji państwa, jego nowoczesności. Nie mówiąc już o marzeniach. Z obserwacji tych wynika, że w części merytorycznej PO przyjmie wariant defensywny, a w części "katastrofalnej" starcie już przegrała.
Cytując klasyka z "Seksmisji", powiedziałbym: widzę ciemność. Przy takim nastawieniu społeczeństwo lepiej zrozumie PiS niż światowe mechanizmy drożyzny na rynkach paliwowych i żywnościowych. Wszystko to daje duże szanse SLD. Coraz więcej ludzi będzie domagać się tego, czego ściśnięci w klinczu wielcy, nie są w stanie dostarczyć.

I see darkness
Questions regarding the upcoming election are getting more and more relevant. To be accurate, there are still 6 months left until the election, but after deducting the vacation, there isn't much time left at all. In the competition which election is, it's much like sports, because the quality of the athletes, as well as their motivation and initiative count. The competitors on the Polish scene are known, but the initiative was taken over by the Law and Justice. The Civic Platform seems to be a mental slave of the chairman Kaczynski and shows no concept for either the campaign or ruling Poland.
In today's issue of "Gazeta Wyborcza" Grzegorz Schetyna gives an interview about the current subjects. Over a half of publications is concerning the monument, the crash, the chairman and Law and Justice. That's the first half.
The second half shows the strategy of communicating with the nation regarding current matters. The Platform is going to: talk, calm us down, explain and think through things. There isn't a word about any idea concerning running the country, or making it modern. Not to mention dreams. Those observations lead to a conclusion that, in the essential part the Platform will be more defensive, and in case of the "crash" it already lost.
To quote a classic Polish movie called "Sexmission": I'm seeing darkness. With this attitude, the society understand Law and Justice better than any worldly mechanisms of market politics. All of that gives SLD more chances in the upcoming election. More and more people will demand what can't be given to them by the ones currently in the spotlight.
